"**Tax and Treasury Intern****Preferred Qualifications****Start Date:** Rolling start dates* Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the yearOracles Corporate Tax and Treasury department is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tax and Treasury interns to support Oracles Tax Reporting Group.The intern will work alongside Oracles corporate tax and treasury professionals and will support Oracles tax planning, treasury planning, PMO, income tax compliance, withholding tax compliance, or non-income tax compliance teams.The intern will assist with the administration of our federal tax compliance services (preparing quarterly estimate tax projections, tax attribute tracking and modeling, assist with the completion of tax forms for the consolidated tax return, coordinating tax services with our external services providers, respond to federal notices, etc.), and/or various routine projects, in the areas of corporate finance, risk management, process improvement, and data analysis and other special projects as needed.**Preferred Skills**+ Good oral and written English communication skills+ Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve+ Self-starter and detail oriented+ Strong data analytical skills+ Excellent computer skills; Excel - Intermediate or Advanced user+ Goal oriented and capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision+ Positive and respectful work attitude+ Project management experience a plus**Preferred Qualifications**+ BS or MS degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Information Systems+ Prior work experience is desirable but not required.+ Able to work full-time (40 hours a week, M-F).No visa sponsorship is available for this position.* Interns are hired as Oracle Temporary employees whose full or part-time assignments generally range from a two-week minimum to six months, with a one-year maximum.
