Position: Executive Director, People Services Integrations, Mobility and Total Rewards

Position Summary

With an extraordinary emphasis on intuitive, consumer-based approach to service delivery- This position is responsible for building the operational strategy and providing direction to the global team delivering the operations, processes and customer services expertise that enables our programs, policies as well as overall lead on People Services Integrations resulting from M&A strategies. This includes but is not limited to compensation, equity, benefits, recognition, global/domestic mobility, and immigration services with a key focus on developing a PS M&A Integrations capability within the function.

Key Responsibilities

S/he has responsibility for leading the operational strategy and process design for programs as well as the leadership of the execution, administration, and service delivery of

  • Domestic and Global Mobility Immigration and Tax Compliance/Equalization (including inter-state taxation associated with movement of talent within the country, remote worker from home – both inter-state and international)

  • Global Compensation & Benefits (Base, Bonus, Equity, Benefits and Retirement)

  • Global Recognition programs

In addition, plays the lead role for the PS function on the process design for PS integrations across all PS areas resulting from the organization’s M&A strategies. This requires a significant cross-functional alignment/partnering with stakeholders beyond the PS organization; HR CoE’s, HRBP, Finance, Business Development, IT, etc. and includes providing advice into the composition of the “deal” from the lens of PS and operational excellence.

The leader will partner closely with the Total Rewards Center of Expertise (COE) as well as lead the management of a network of third-party partners. S/he, along with team functional leads and regional operations leads, will participate in the COE led design of strategies and programs with an eye for translating those strategies into deployment plans inclusive of processes, procedures, change management, system requirements, documentation, and operational communication. S/he is accountable for her teams translating the COE designs into services and to facilitate the translation into HRIT requirements via the PS Functional Analyst Team (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, DARWIN, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15 + years prior experience leading teams responsible for PS M&A Integrations, Domestic/Global Mobility Management and/or Total Rewards services

  • Experience with responsibility for the development and execution of operations in complex global organizations, with a particular emphasis on United States, Major European Markets and Asia; ideally having lived in and directly managed operations in three or more countries.

  • Demonstrated experience in the development of Intuitive Consumer-Based services – (The Amazon-ification of employee services)

  • Demonstrated state-of-the-art functional knowledge of current and emerging interventions and technologies

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of a highly matrixed organization and the ability to work across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams

  • Clear ability to effectively partner and collaborate with Centers of Expertise and shared service center peers to deliver the best solutions for the company

  • Demonstrated experience in the development and deployment of enterprise-wide initiatives and end-to-end processes in a global environment

  • Experienced people manager with the ability to lead a team of expert managers, maintaining engagement, development and delivery of all accountabilities, able to engender trust and respect quickly as a leader, with a priority for the development of staff, a capability builder at both the organizational level as well as the individual level

  • Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced providers and contractors

  • Creative and innovative, has the courage to speak up and suggest new ideas; someone who seeks out opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Possesses and utilizes business acumen, strong business judgment and critical thinking skills

Minimum Requirement / Knowledge Desired:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or the equivalent knowledge gained through progressive work experience.

  • Consulting skills/ impact and influence abilities/ strong stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills
