This role is a critical member of the client account team and pivotal to the success of our clients campaigns. You will ensure client deliverables are accurately prioritized, executed, and fulfilled. You will consult with Account Management on audience and platform details critical to driving client goals and revenue. You thrive in a multifaceted, fast-paced, and continuously evolving environment and are motivated to contribute to the culture of our strong team.**Key Responsibilities will include the following, but will evolve based on business needs:**+ Support Account Management and Sales on data sizing, audience descriptions, and media partner fulfillment nuances.+ Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop strategic audience recommendations.+ Successfully work across multiple internal systems to construct audiences, proactively troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to provide a seamless experience for the customer.+ Lead the day-to-day collaboration and communication with internal operations teams, translating client expectations to ensure successful execution.+ Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests.+ Continuously look to improve processes and share findings with the team.+ Become a specialist on platform and data nuances to drive client revenue and experiences across products and services.+ Participate in client scoping discussions, campaign kick-off, and other meetings as needed.+ Provide inputs and consultation into client RFPs, proposals, and meetings to secure and drive revenue.+ Help drive revenue and continued audience utilization through proactive recommendations and addressing client questions and requests.+ Assist in finding opportunities to upsell recommendations through understanding of client business needs and platform capabilities.+ Assist with creation of reports.+ Assist with special projects that aid in client revenue generation and align with client goals.**Qualifications:**+ 1 years experience in agency, digital marketing, campaign management or data management.+ Understanding of the digital ecosystem (DMPs, DSPs, media partners, publishers, etc.)+ Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously across a matrixed organization.+ Detail oriented and desire for continuous process improvement.+ Works well in a team while being humble and striving for improvement.
