"Responsible for providing employee communications support by developing and implementing communications plans, writing and developing communications deliverables, and publishing content across a variety of internal channels, including internal news and blog stories, video, emails, social media and web.Consults with internal stakeholders from the organization to clearly understand business objectives and define the communications objectives and outcomes needed to address those objectives. Applies design-thinking and uses data, insights and user input to inform messaging and program design. Writes crisp and compelling positioning, messaging and content for a variety of media and channels, including email, articles, social media, newsletters, presentations, events, video, web, and collateral; ensures strategic message alignment and consistency across touchpoints. Manages communications plan implementation, including design and development of high-impact communications deliverables, websites, and campaigns; collaborates with internal and external partners and vendors to deliver. Analyzes effectiveness of communications efforts, improves existing processes, and researches new communication approaches.4 - 8 years experience in communications with emphasis in internal/employee communications, including project management, communication plan development and implementation, written and video storytelling, content organization, message flow, grammar, proofreading, and editing. Experience using web publishing and social media tools preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Highly detail-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Experience using HTML and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
