"**Principal Financial Analyst, Customer Support Services (CSS) Incentive Compensation****Preferred Qualifications****Overview:**Dynamic role in supporting all sales incentive compensation related matters within the Customer Support Services organization including go to market, annual planning process, ongoing plan/replan issuance, commission accrual, and sales compensation reporting/metrics/analysis.**Excellent opportunity to join Oracles Global Business Finance team supporting Incentive Compensation.****Responsibilities:**+ Role will include quota modeling/automation, commission accrual modeling / automation, and various ad-hoc analytical projects+ Drive process improvement and automation+ Develop Sales productivity analytics, sales comp performance reporting, and dashboards+ Acts as the front line support of Compensation inquiries by partnering with the Global Compensation Administration, Global Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Human Resources and Field Global Business Finance Field organizations.+ Pool plan issuance, maintenance, approvals+ Large/Mega Deal Audit & Review; Performance Review approvals and inquiries+ Monthly sales credit and SPIF review and approvals+ Delivery Bonus+ Executive Compensation+ Lead development and maintenance of documentation and training material across the team+ Back up support for the other comp. analysts and WW compensation manager as needed**Preferred Skills and Experience:**+ 8 years of work experience in FP&A, Business Unit Finance, Sales Finance or relevant operational role+ Experience working across teams and departments+ BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, HR Management or related field of study+ Demonstrated forecasting, financial modeling and scenario modeling experience+ Near expert proficiency with MS Excel. VBA skills desired.+ Experience with compensation planning or administration systems+ Experience with systems design & implementation+ Documentation experience of business requirements+ Established analytical and problem solving skills+ Basic understanding of sales compensation design concepts/principles+ Exposure to Sales Ops functions including pipeline, forecasting, and territories+ Exposure to ERP Environment including System based reporting - BI Reporting, Hyperion+ Excellent written/verbal communication skills+ Management of individuals or teams, directly or indirectly+ Capacity to interact with executives+ Eagerness to understand complex issues and simplify/bring to resolution**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Financial support to business areas through financial analysis, budgeting, planning & forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies.As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Oracle Financials. Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to partner across functions. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA in Accounting/Finance preferred.
