Eaton’s Information Technology division is seeking an Enovia Specialist to join our team. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC; Beachwood, OH; Moon TWP, PA; Menomonee Falls, WI, Houston, TX or Galesburg, MI. The position is eligible for a hybrid work setup.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $154,000 a year.

What you’ll do:

The primary function of this position is to provide site support, support lifecycle management, and ensure compliance with all of Eaton's policies and procedures with no supervision. An Enovia specialist is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across business. It seeks candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure. Enovia specialist need to respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions. Knowing this, the following duties and responsibilities are included:

• The candidate should have the ability to troubleshoot issues related to various Enovia modules/centrals for users located across the world.

• Provide day-to-day support, predominantly High to Critical complexity incidents, that are disrupting normal business operations on time, to ensure timely, reliable, cost-effective service to Eaton employees and customers.

• Prioritizes incidents to ensure high-impact and urgent tickets are worked on priority and takes leadership to ensure no customer impact.

• Works closely with other IT support groups and impacted customers for effective resolution and testing of fixes for production support issues and build rapport with concerned stakeholders. Responds to and resolve technical questions and service requests (high complexity) from the User Community.

• He / She should show the ability to handle customers independently and possess strong verbal and communication skills. Performs preventative maintenance identifies areas where improvements can be made to prevent future production problems and implements the solution before the problem occurs.

• Actively contribute to problem management.

• Participate in CRP testing and training users for key projects.

• Should be well versed with Enovia PDM/PLM Application Role definition, attributes, routes, general PLM operations, Enovia file collaboration server concepts, etc.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 5 years of IT, Business Analysis or Developer experience required.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Enovia

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience

• Experience with CAD tools

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis.
  • Good team-oriented interpersonal skills. Assists with facilitation sessions, may require some coaching on how to lead and influence others, and to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
