The Leidos Defense Group has a current job opportunity for a Cyber Security Program Developer at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will support the DISA GSM-O Task Order 09 Network Assurance (NA) Program. The selected candidate will provide support for Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) activities and will be expected to actively engage with a variety of customers, partner with them, anticipate their needs, and deliver innovating solutions to challenging defensive cybersecurity issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research approved transformational and innovative solutions and recommend improvements to DCO capabilities and over all process.

  • Coordinate, collaborate and facilitate with government stakeholders to integrate new capabilities into operations.

  • Participant and present in meetings with CSSP subscribers and DISA working groups.

  • Teach, train and mentor other team members through various development methods and stategies.

  • QA/QC through a standard testing methodology all products before they are sent to the customer.

  • Develop whitepapers, briefs, SOPs, TTPs, and QRGs to allow for a better, more reliable DCO process.

  • Take ownership of driving the operations of the CSSP.

  • Conduct and deliver weekly status updates to customer.

  • Responsible for follow up on all taskers and due outs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 12+ years of professional experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree. Specialized Cybersecurity Operations experience in the DoD and additional education will be considered in lieu of a full 12 years of experience.

  • Must hold DoD-8570 IAM Level 2 baseline certification (CISM, CISSP or CASP) to start.

  • Proficient understanding of the Cybersecurity Framework in regards to identify, protect, detect, respond and recover within the Cyber Security Service Provider construct.

  • Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with data brokering.

  • Experience with cloud cybersecurity services

  • Subject matter expertise in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK) system engineering and implementation.

  • Subject matter expertise in Splunk

  • Experience supporting DISA CSSP subscriber and provider validation programs.

  • Skilled in building extended cyber security analytics.

  • Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.

  • Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.

  • Advanced Certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP.

  • Experience in intelligence driven defense and/or cyber Kill Chain or MITRE ATT&CK Frameworks.

  • Subject matter expertise in JRSS weapon systems.

  • Foster and encourage a collaborative environment to champion a cybersecurity culture.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00
