Key Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
- Knowledge and skills in working with Microsoft SQL Server Designing and creating databases and tables
- Querying databases to retrieve or update data with joins across multiple instances, databases, and tables
- Designing, developing, and testing stored procedures
- Designing, developing, and testing reports based on SQL Server data
- Experience and skills using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA
- Ability to work effectively on a heterogeneous, distributed project team
- Ability to self-manage the information technology required to support work and collaboration with others using email, web meetings, file sharing, cloud-based virtual machines, and other collaboration software
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write high-quality documents independently or by collaborating with others
- Analyze and interpret information related to risk mitigation by identifying data trends (ex: reputational metrics, seller scorecard indicators) and benchmarks.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and discrepancies in data; ensure data accuracy, synthesize compliance data in support of strategic business objectives; translate results into actionable recommendations/plans.
- Communicate compliance data insights and global trends related to the business.
- Design, coordinate, and implement new reporting, analysis, and data-management solutions; provide recommendations based on insights and research.
- Propose improvements for strategic and tactical initiatives (ex: driving experience scores, risk mitigation measures).
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required
- At least 1 year experience with Business Intelligence ETL (SSIS preferred).
- 1+ year experience in Tableau/Power BI or any other visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- 3+ year experience with MS SQL, RDBMS
- Degree/certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in US HealthCare would be a big plus for this role.
