- Help optimize how members utilize the health system through pharmacy services and how we understand our internal operations and external customers
- Make health plans more efficient, identify gaps in member care, and help make the health system better for everyone
- Develop and maintain Home Delivery Pharmacy analytics for internal and external clients
- Support our Optum Home Delivery and Specialty Pharmacy lines of business
- Bring disparate data to life by providing key insights and finding gaps in operations, care, or data
- Bring visibility to risks and productivity across the organization and externally

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics/data engineering
- 2+ years of experience writing code using SQL or Python
- Intermediate level of proficiency with predictive analytics and business intelligence tools
- Master’s degree
- Healthcare Experience
- Experience with healthcare data
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake Power BI, Tableau or other Reporting Tools

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
