Primary Responsibilities:

  • End to end project delivery -Gather business requirements for data processing applications in iterative/agile development model partnering with Business and IT stakeholders
  • Team Management
  • Strategy formulation and creating project roadmaps
  • Implement process and quality controls
  • Analyze and document requirements from internal and external sources, evaluate and build effective solutions to problems
  • Query data sources to conduct analyses, detailed data profiling and reporting
  • Research complex functional data/analytical issues
  • Assume responsibility for data integrity, data quality among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources
  • Provides source system analysis and perform gap analysis between source and target systems
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 10 - 12 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience organizing data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends
  • Experience developing innovative approaches
  • Strong healthcare background and expertise
  • Knowledge of Requirements gathering and analysis of data processing/ data warehousing systems
  • Proficient in SQL and Big Data analysis tools (e.g. PySpark/Hadoop/HIVE)
  • Strong hold over process controls, automation and quality
  • Exposure to Business Statistics preferred – Descriptive & Inferential Statistics
  • Proficient in SQL, R/Python, Microsoft Office Excel HIVE, Sqoop, Tableau

Preferred Qualification:

  • Leading a small team of 5 - 6 members in past
