The Clinical Data Disclosure & Transparency Lead provides support to clinical trial registration and results disclosure and holds primary responsibility for collaborating with study teams to ensure the timely registration and disclosure of results on public registries.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain an understanding of current regulations to ensure timely posting of complete, accurate trial information to public trial registries.

  • Reference and track study information in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and document management system.

  • Review characteristics of studies (i.e. phase, milestones) to determine if they need to be submitted to public registries, and to which ones.

  • Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, Biostatistics and others to plan and complete tasks as needed.

  • Facilitate the provisioning of formatted trial data (i.e. adverse events) to CDD&T medical writers for purposes of posting study results.

  • Submit study records to public registries, such as ClinicalTrials.gov, EudraCT, and ENCePP.

  • Record activities performed relating to registration and result posting; keep a history of activities performed.

  • Serve as a resource within the organization about clinical trial disclosure.

  • Participate in process reviews (i.e. audits) and in process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide additional support to other areas of CDD&T, as needed.

  • Support system implementation, including but not limited to user acceptance testing.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline

Position Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research experience is required.

  • Clinical Trial Disclosure experience preferred.

  • Ability to critically analyze and interpret scientific content.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong interactive and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and across all levels of the organization.

  • Good sense of organization and prioritization.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project priorities and work assignments.
