The team member will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining Adobe Stack related tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Test & Target according to the business requirements. The team member will be responsible for collecting business requirements for an analytics and/or personalization testing activity, translating the requirements to the appropriate testing activity, developing the activity, deploying the activity, QA the deployed activity, and finally help gather insights from the testing activity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain Analytics testing or A/B tests and multivariate tests for customer facing web properties
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain audience criteria and profile scripts from within Adobe Test & Target
  • Generate and present outcomes of testing activities to business to influence strategy. Communicate testing results and insights generated to all levels of business
  • Use Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Target Premium to personalize experiences, learn from user behavior and optimize web content and site usability
  • Generate testing ideas and formulate testing and personalization strategy in accordance with the business goals
  • Prioritize and maintain testing and personalization calendar to optimize use of available traffic and testing resources
  • Analyze web traffic and generate testing and personalization plan ensuring testing statistical significance and rigor
  • Own governance and lead QA and UAT of testing activities developed. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Analytics for Testing Activities using A4T and other custom Target-Analytics practices
  • Develop a knowledge base and test development standards and best practices, learning from testing outcomes and recognizing patterns. Mentor new team members and evangelize newly found standards and best practices
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Adobe Target certification
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Target Premium implementation
  • Experience with Adobe Launch and implementation of Adobe Target through Launch or other Tag management solution
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience manager
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform is a plus
  • Working experience and deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and frontend development
  • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Testing and Personalization activity development
