Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business operation of Commercial Data Warehouse for US stakeholders.

  • Manage the Commercial IT Solutions (C-SCAN/DEL) in US, ensure data timeliness and quality, and co-ordinate with business users/stakeholders (based in US) for access requests and issue resolution.

  • Build awareness of the Commercial IT technology platform strategy supporting C-SCAN/DEL (such as AWS Redshift/S3/RDS, SQL editor, data orchestration, Data Quality Management, etc.) and communicate with in country Biz Ops. on operations, enhancements and release plan

  • Establish relationships and rapport with key business users from Business Insights & Analytics, Data Strategy, Advanced Analytics Team, Multi-Channel Marketing, and Value Access Planning to support their analytical needs

  • Partner with key upstream sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health Systems, Prime Vendor, Veeva, Master Data Management, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted delivery of data and resolve delivery issues

  • Triage incoming business requests including access requests, incident observations, change and enhancements

  • Track request status and appropriately escalate urgent issues and follow-up to ensure resolution.

  • Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines

  • Assess system performance and recommend improvements


Qualifications & Experience

  • Requires advanced knowledge applicable to a wide range of work in own function and thorough knowledge of other functions, typically gained through a university degree and 6-8 years of experience.

  • May lead initiatives related to continuous improvement or implementation of new technologies. Works independently on most deliverables.

  • Responsible for the direct management of a team including results/outcomes, goal-setting, performance management, coaching.

  • Has significant input into decisions related to hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and compensation actions.

  • People manager level with supervisory responsibility for Individual Contributor and People Manager positions

  • Responsible for a large sub-function or multiple teams doing similar work.

  • Demonstrates ability to build and leverage relationships through diplomacy with a broader focus within the Function.​

  • Articulates and presents complex information clearly and concisely across all levels. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise thereby establishing a strong reputation for themselves and the team.​

  • Participates in decision making and brings a variety of strong views and perspective to achieve team objectives. ​

  • Looks for challenging opportunities and focus on building strong capabilities. Encourages and coach others to do the same.
