Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be able to design/test Datastage jobs
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech or MCA (Master of Computer Science)
  • Minimum of 10 years in supporting requirement gathering of large DWH
  • Hands-on experience on writing Complex and Advance SQLs in multiple database environments
  • Hands on experience on ETL/Data Model and experience of collecting business requirement
  • Hands on experience on data profiling and analysis
  • Hands-on experience on navigation of Unix file system and profiling large data files
  • Expert level knowledge in US health care domain
  • Knowledge of SDLC process; experience in Agile will be given more preference
  • Knowledge on Azure/Cloud Technologies
  • Know Airflow tool for scheduling
  • Knowledge on testing and automations
  • Knowledge on Dev Ops, Agile, CICD
  • Worked in DevOps culture
  • Good exposure in Agile Methodologies and Project Sprint planning using Rally or any other Agile tool
  • Ability to lead the team and guide and coach the team members
  • Ability to write complex SQL's Teradata is added advantage
  • Ability to manage delivery, new designs and solutions
  • Ability to support large health care data warehouse applications and should have hands-on experience of data profiling using SQL queries
  • Ability to work with technical teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis abilities
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills
  • Good trouble shooting skills
  • Good communication and persuading skills
  • Flexible with the working hours as he/she needs to closely work with the US counterparts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge on Unix, Shell & Perl Scripting and Python
  • Knowledge of Spark, Scala, Kafka
  • Big Data knowledge
