DataFox uses ML and NLP to mine the public internet, news sources, and social sources for firmographics and signals about companies.Every day sales and marketing professionals and procurmeent officers use DataFox to answer strategic questions such as which software companies with revenue of at least $5 million opened a new office recently? or which healthcare companies based in California just launched a new product?" or have any of my existing suppliers experienced negative financial results or been faced with new lawsuits?This position is a unique opportunity to join an elite product team focused on the development and management of Oracle's next generation data and company intelligence products.As a Director, Outbound Product Management, you will have both product marketing and go-to-market aspects to your job. You will be responsible for content creation, competitive analysis, content strategy, pricing, business analysis, value prop and message creation, analyst relations briefings and content reviews.For the product marketing function, you will define and create differentiated content, distilling down the essence of our message into clear, well- articulated outbound messages, value propositions and competitive positioning from an overall market and product perspective. You will be responsible for creating and releasing dynamic and compelling demos for the field with easy to follow scripts and messages.For go-to-market aspects, you will be responsible for the analysis of our revenue, renewal and other key business metrics on a bi-weekly and quarterly basis. You will also be responsible for competitive and pricing analysis in conjuntion with the customer success team.You will be required to not only understand and develop customer use cases and comprehend the competitive landscape but also to communicate our message to various stakeholders (internal and external). This position also includes the coordination with other Oracle teams such as product marketing for sales enablement; the communications team for content and social; field marketing for customer and event coverage; PR for press coverage, and Analyst Relations for thought leadership and analyst engagement.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**Day to day requirements include, yet are not limited to:Product Marketing:+ Develop comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategies to drive both acquisition and retention rates for the DataFox business.+ Create, communicate and advocate the vision for DataFoxs data strategy and how it is differentiated from competitors.+ Develop hard- hitting content, customer use cases and story boards that communicate the challenges and opportunities that are unique to each product in a consumable, easy to understand way -- no business jargon!+ Special focus on creativity i.e. what to develop that best highlights how our products solve business problems that has previously not been possible.+ Align disparate stakeholders and drive decision-making across multi-functional teams to execute plans for each feature/ product release.+ Serve as subject matter expert for the field and be knowledgeable about data and the data landscape so that you can comfortably present to both internal teams as well as external stakeholders (industry analysts; customers etc.)+ Analyst Relations assist formation of AR messaging, delivery of content/briefingGTM:+ Develop GTM strategy and analysis to drive both acquisition and retention across international markets and industries.+ Coordinate and be the point person for all market- facing activities for product roll-outs with marketing, sales, customer success and data ops.+ Contribute and execute on pricing analysis.+ Comfortable with analysis and numbers so that can create round up business metric reports on a bi-weekly and quarterly basis.+ Gather feedback regularly from internal stakeholders, customers, and potential users.+ Work globally in a geographically dispersed team**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**This role will break new ground and require solving new problems with many unknowns. Requirements for this role include:+ Demonstrated track record of at least 5 years of product management, marketing, product marketing experience and go-to-markt in enterprise SaaS software or analytics. Background in data and data platforms is a plus. This is an AI-driven data product so understanding data and data structures will only help with the job.+ Self-starter, motivated and ambitious.
