Data Services also designs and builds custom data process for Strategic Services Clients.The Data Services Manger provides a single point of contact for the customer and internal teams: Account Management, Campaign Services, Project Management, Data Services and other RI teams to ensure technical RI best practices and governance.As a Data Services Manager, you will work with team members across the OMC organization to support our partnership and drive success for both new and existing customers. In this role, you and your team will be responsible for supporting top Clients delivering white glove service through the scoping, design, documentation and build cycle of custom projects. This manager-level position will provide a Data Services delivery model that both meets and exceeds customer expectations. This includes ensuring the role, responsibilities and deliverables of Data Services are clear to all OMC and client team members.The role includes supporting consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g. read status reports, responding to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). You may serve as project advisor for moderately complex implementations and you will provide mentoring and career development guidance for the team. Application of project management and agile methodologies are key to success in the role.The successful candidate will have strong experience in supporting previous digital marketing custom data development. Expert knowledge of development and data management best practices, SQL and APIs required. Strong knowledge of the Oracle Cloud, Responsys and Eloqua platforms a plus.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* Partner with the Solution Architect or work independently to design, implement, maintain data warehousing and data management solutions to support business reporting and analytics; problem solving, planning, environment resource management along with solid SQL* Ability to translate customer data requirements into solutions* Partners with clients tech team to ensure best practices, governance and full platform capabilities. Includes ability to develop, maintain and nurture a 1:1 relationship with clients tech team* Clearly articulate and demonstrate value across multiple disciplines (client marketing teams, tech teams, C-suite, internal RI teams)* Manage team of Data Services consultants including but not limited to hiring, training, performance management, career pathing and mentoring.* Business Development & Pursuit Support:o Provide custom capability support and expertise to the sales, sales consultants, account management teams.
