"**Contracts Administrator 2-Fin****Preferred Qualifications**As a member of Deal Management you will assist customers, both internal and external, with contract interpretation, negotiation and administration of agreements and RFXs/Reps&Certs. Draft mandatory documents that need to accompany Oracle RFX responses to Commercial, Public Sector and Federal customers for all Oracle LOBs in North America and apply and negotiate redlines in standard and non-standard customer paper documents and forms. Monitor contract and business terms and policy to mitigate Oracle's risk. Act as a liaison to resolve contractual business issues between various internal and external organizations, including but not limited to: Legal, Credit, Tax, Business Practices, revenue accounting, and partners and customers. Validate all aspects of contract packages and RFX responses/Reps & Certs forms for accuracy and compliance with Oracle's Business Practices while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer and partner RFX responses /Reps & Certs forms are processed effectively and efficiently.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills. Organized and detail oriented. Experience drafting standard and non-standard contractual documents and/or RFX proposals/Reps&Certs. Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines. Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel. Nuance proficiency desirable. Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures desired. 2 year experience in contracts, project management, or equivalent. Validate all aspects of contract packages for accuracy and compliance with Oracle's Business Practices and Consulting Business Approvals/Process while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Submit contract order packages to Revenue accounting for order processing and project funding. Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
