Tier III Desktop Support Administrator
Description
The Leidos DES (Defense Enclave Services) team is supporting an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies and is seeking a Tier III Desktop Support Administrator located at Ft. Meade, MD.
PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DOD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities’ common use information technology systems, personnel, functions and program elements under the direction of DISA’s Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
•Must hold an active Top Secret clearance. (US Citizenship required)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide Senior Tier III support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely.
•Work with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts.
•Troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other peripheral.
•Image, install, and configure workstation.
•Troubleshoot Windows 10 and above, Microsoft Office suite.
•Issue/maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) tokens.
•Work with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center, Remedy, and soon ServiceNow.
•Troubleshoot Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client.
•Communicate and interface with customer and Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
•Comfortable discussing technical information with users and other support personnel.
•Ability to quickly learn new systems and IT concepts.
•MS Windows experience.
•Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
•Basic network troubleshooting skills.
•Must have an active DoD IAT Level II certification (Sec+) prior to start.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
