We are looking for a TA Enablement Manager to provide TA operational support and represent TA in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders that depend upon the outputs of our function. In this role, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists & Coordinators (Americas) in the efficient execution of their daily responsibilities and serve as the first point of escalation for the team. Daily responsibilities of your team will include the logistics associated with filling the requisition through Day 1 of hire, (e.g., initiating and monitoring pre-employment screening of a new hire including pre-employment processes (e.g., background checks, drug testing, motor vehicle reports, systematic processing of pre-hire, and Day 1 readiness).

Core Activities:

  • Manage team of TA Specialists and Coordinators, providing regular performance feedback and coaching to team members. Proactively monitor and adjust the assignment of requisitions to Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure delivery within expected performance levels.

  • Support TA experience with digital onboarding tool and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with Compliance Manager on creating and maintaining audit cadence.

  • Review existing business practices and support the identification and updating business processes in collaboration with TA partners and delivering dynamic Hiring Manager and Candidate experiences.

  • Manage escalated technical issues and UAT related to Workday for the recruitment and hiring process.

  • Drive opportunities for partnership within TA teams and cross-functional teams across Americas.

  • Establish and analyze TA team assignment group metrics via case management system (Service Now) and centralized Enablement mailbox to understand trends in case volume and to ensure cases are being managed accurately and timely according to case priority.

  • Manage TA Hub (including cross-training of team members) to ensure accuracy and enhancement opportunity.

  • Lead and contribute to scheduled and ad hoc training to improve performance and promote continuous learning.

  • Partner with colleagues in TA and People Services to ensure all documentation is kept up to date and accurate, and in line with standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 4+ years of TA/HR Support/Operations experience, with experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment preferred.

  • Experienced People Manager with the ability to manage a team, maintaining engagement, development, and delivery of all accountabilities strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of technology and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other Talent Acquisition Tools. Workday experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize / progress multiple activities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, able to interact across multiple levels within the company.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and technical skills with a high attention to detail. Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking.

  • Demonstrated strong customer focus.

  • Demonstrated reporting experience.

  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
