Senior Manager Finance – Global Capital Investments, Quality, and Strategy

Senior Director Finance, Global Engineering & Facilities, Global Quality, Strategy & Business Excellence

Job Description:

Key Finance role supporting multiple areas of the Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) organization. The individual will support FP&A and financial controls across the areas of Global Capital Investments, Global Quality, and Strategy & Business Excellence providing support, guidance, and analytics as a valued business partner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive process streamlining and reporting automation efforts to deliver efficiencies
  • Support monthly/quarterly financial close activities and quarterly financial forecast process
  • Support annual budget prep and execution of long term strategic financial planning process
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and represent various functions in key enterprise-wide projects
  • Promote transparency, ownership, and clarity of financial performance within business units
  • Enable sound data driven decision-making
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of risks / opportunities
  • Ensure all financials are accurately presented and maintained within a strong internal control environment
  • Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and reduce manual work

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Min. 5-7 years diversified experience in accounting and finance (FP&A) with upward progression
  • Experience developing annual budgets, financial projections, and consolidations
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
  • Strong critical thinking and financial modeling skills
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls, strong financial and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment working with multiple levels of management and partners in various geographic locations
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to make decisions independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
