Senior Manager, GDD IT Change Management Lead

Summary
Responsible for the GDD IT change management support model. Responsible for core communication and change management activities across GDD IT, promoting successful implementation of cross GDD IT initiatives. Responsible for development of core GDD IT collaboration capabilities/tools and corresponding Content Management. Collaborate with Product Teams and Providers as SME advisor for project/program specific efforts and ensure adherence to BMS’ ways of working and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for core communication and change management activities across GDD IT, promoting successful implementation of cross GDD IT initiatives
- Assess change management needs across GDD IT and tailor change management support model accordingly
- Responsible for Core GDD IT communications activities; E.g.; Newsletters and Town halls
- Lead development of aligned communications messages and content for multi-channel delivery to ensure transparency and consistency in GDD IT communications regarding strategic initiatives
- Responsible for identification, analysis, and management of stakeholder groups, based on identified change impacts
- Ensure change, communication and training plans effectively prepare colleagues for change, manage change impact, and reinforce and sustain positive outcomes and experiences leveraging change methodologies
- Responsible for development of core GDD IT collaboration capabilities/tools and corresponding Content Management
- Collaborate with Product Teams as SME advisor for project/program specific efforts
- Collaborate with partners who support Project/Program communications and change management to ensure adherence to BMS’ ways of working and best practices
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience is required
- Experience with Change Management and/or Learning & Development experience highly preferred
- Ability to assess and optimizing user experience with communications channels through analytics (eg, websites, SharePoint, social media, etc.)
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to effectively interface with senior management
- Demonstrated communications experience including planning, writing, editing, designing and the production of newsletters, email banners, infographics, marketing literature, and other print or online material
- Experience in group facilitation; ability to develop and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences is required
- Excellent project leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead a project and develop collaborative relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing change; understanding of change management methodologies and tools is highly desired
- Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through
- Must be organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
