This role is responsible for establishing and enabling multiple business teams within R&D and hire and ramp up talented Software Developers while actively participating in the definition of Cloud-Native Applications development. Responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and developing strategic objectives. Accountable for fulfilling Cloud-Native architecture goals, maintaining project/portfolio quality, and delivering a large-scale, complex application.Our successful candidate will be technically adept, be detail-driven, and have excellent problem-solving abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will interface with multiple teams daily and drive collaboration between developers, UX, QA, Solution Architects, and operation and site reliability teams. Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies. You will act as a peer leader, gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate, and lead the virtual team worldwide to drive KPI and deliverables.
