"**Account Manager-MOAT Outcomes****Preferred Qualifications**The Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is looking for a Account Manager, Consumer Platforms Solutions responsible for managing key relationships with several Consumer Platforms. This persons mission is to increase visibility and driving revenue across some of the fastest-growing media platforms in the ad industry.The Account Manager, Consumer Platforms role is a unique combination of business development, product strategy, project management, and client services. To do this, youll identify drive integrations to completion, advocate for partner needs, support your team and collaborate across the ODC org on opportunities for revenue growth through identification of new partnership opportunities, and scaling and growing our current integrations. Examples of day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating new business terms, increasing adoption of unused offerings, developing custom product offerings, optimizing tech integrations, partner-marketing efforts, and establishing streamlined workflow between our teams. Youll then play the central role in enabling and educating team members, both internally and externally, to turn these opportunities into realities.In this role, you will support the Consumer Platform's team on existing ODC Consumer Platforms partners clients in overall account management. Responsibilities will include:* Proactively analyzing and compiling insights from clients data and presenting to Consumer Platform team on an ongoing basis.* Leading demo trainings with clients on various ODC platforms.* Acting as a point of contact for clients via email, phone, or in-person.* Monitoring client usage of ODC tools.* Project-managing internal tickets and driving technical and integrations related resolution.* Complete own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.* Possess strong analytical and client service skills.* Collaborate with ODCs engineering and operations teams to create a positive client onboarding and integrations experience.* Become an expert on ODC's strengths and capabilities.* Assist with administrative efforts related to client accounts. **Required Skills and Experience*** BS or BA Degree.* Prefer 2-3 years of full-time professional experience. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.3 - 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred. 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed.
