Click here to learn more about Oracle NetSuite!**Program Description**The NetSuite Business Development Representative (BDR) Program is a university recruitment program designed to prepare recent graduates for an exciting and rewarding sales career at Oracle NetSuite. The 12-15 month entry-level program gives BDRs hands-on experience sourcing and qualifying leads while building product knowledge and sales skills. Participants will be tasked with challenging assignments where they will acquire product and industry knowledge, develop sales and presentation skills, and gain technical and project management experience. BDRs will work closely with their team, direct manager, and sales leadership to learn the business strategy of a world-class software organization with the ultimate goal of placement into a full-time, quota-bearing position at NetSuite.**About the Opportunity:**+ You will recruit, onboard, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives with a focus on building key inside sales skills including strategic prospecting, advanced lead qualification, objection handling, and first call meeting scheduling. Provides daily operations management of inbound and outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget. Provides support to marketing and sales programs.Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Experience qualifying prospects and customers and an understanding of the sales cycle process. Experience training professional sales staff, University degree in Business or equivalent. Previous management experience. Successful sales track record.
