The 12-24 month program is designed to train BDRs on all things sales and NetSuite while they perform lead generation/inside sales activities for our sales teams, with the end goal of promotion into the broader sales organization. The BDR Enablement team is responsible for training hundreds of BDRs and BDR Managers every year - on everything from how to prospect into a cold account, to demoing the product, to selling their first deal at NetSuite. Because of this programmatic approach, the BDR team is in a constant state of hiring, training, and promoting. Responsible for managing the design, development and deployment of product, process and skills enablement programs that drive elite sales performance within Oracle's global sales organization.Determines and evaluates sales training needs for the organization. Develops and directs the build of sales training curriculum and programs. Organizes and manages sales training sessions. Facilitates formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate. May work with other Oracle team to incorporate corporate or regional strategy into training curriculum. Provides guidance within the sales organization and shares best practices. Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training. May oversee a staff of sales trainers and/or Sales Performance Designers and others. Keeps informed of new training methods and techniques.Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
