Reporting to the Director of Global Digital Paid Media/SEM, the*Manager/Sr Manager,**NA**Digital Paid Media/SEM*will lead the strategy and execution of the paid media programs in support of larger integrated campaigns for Oracle Cloud Platform in North America, targeting key personas and accounts, and offering global guidance and best practices to other regional colleagues.You will play a vital part in helping us enhance customer and prospect engagement to achieve growth objectives, attract and convert qualified leads, and implement a digital account-based marketing strategy. You will work closely with field marketing/campaign managers and a wider marketing ecosystem including Global Advertising, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing colleagues to build an integrated digital marketing strategy, delivering on digital tactics that are optimized to drive pipeline/revenue growth.Our ideal candidate will be a domain specialist that is analytical, metrics driven and have 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of significantly enhancing digital footprint and performance. They will also be prepared to personally execute the activities and actions required to make these core digital programs a success and provide regular performance feedback and insights to field marketing/campaigns, demand gen, digital marketing colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with Field Marketing Managers on developing measurable media goals aligned to their overall campaign goalsLead a team of digital marketers focused on supporting NA paid media/SEM programsOwn the management and give input to produce effective digital media campaign briefs; review and give feedback on media plans and book&buys, focusing on supporting campaign & business goalsDevelop paid media strategies to help solve broader business challenges surrounding pipeline development and progression, lead flow efficiency, or other issuesDevelop and manage pilot/test programs to uncover new ways to reach target audiences; improve campaign performance; or to support executive mandatesEducate field marketing/campaigns partners on targeting and media capabilitiesMeet with internal media team to understand previous media planning/buying strategiesWork closely with the internal digital paid media team to provide feedback on plans, performance, reporting needs, recommend other partners, etc.Work with marketing managers to maintain and update media plans and briefs; includes handling budget/spend tracking/updates, delivery of media components (eg. creatives, landing pages, offers, etc.) to channel execution teams, reporting/analysis, optimization recommendations/feedback, and designing new tests/pilotsDevelop strategy for new and effective campaign recommendations across paid search, display, paid social, content syndication, ad networking, retargeting, etc.Review and recommend targeting and data strategies across all platforms, including leveraging first-party and 3rd party data segmentsSupervise overall media performance to evaluate campaign effectiveness, particularly driving opportunities and sales via digital channels, share reports with internal stakeholders and recommend adjustmentsStay ahead of industry standards and trends, pilot new media programs and innovative opportunities to reach targets - and always be testingMonitor lead flow for digital campaigns and escalate any suspected issues to Field Marketing and/or Lead ManagementWork with internal digital paid media teams to resolve gaps or bottlenecks in user experience; reporting; channel efficiencies; lead quality, etc.Preferred Qualifications* 3-5 years of digital paid media experience with proven results on B2B marketing and demand generation teams; preferred in the high-tech industry* Recent experience driving video paid media strategy/campaigns* Experience working with DMPs and managing a 1st party data-driven media strategy* Experience managing and inspiring remote teams; providing guidance and leadership to enhance team members strengths and build or grow new skill sets* Experience using standard media planning and data tools including Adobe Analytics, Omniture, BlueKai, TradeDesk, and 3rd party data providers* Experience in planning, executing, and increasing investment in at least 4 of the following areas: Paid Social, Paid Search, Content Syndication, Ad Networking, Re-targeting, B2B or DR programmatic campaign* Experience establishing media metrics, performing data analysis to improve results/lower CPI/CPV, and building performance models if some data is not available* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills; ability to communicate media strategy and plans to executives and mid-level management throughout the business* Understanding and experience working with media agencies to oversee the planning/buying process* Passion for and experience with using emerging technologies* Strong written and verbal communications skills* Equally analytical and creative* Independent worker with strong project management skills* Multi-tasker who easily juggles multiple deadlines and deliverables to hit launch dates* Collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Eye for detail while keeping the big picture and goals in mind* Pride in ownership and delivering results* Skilled at working through process considerations to get the job doneTravelMinimal.Position LocationRemote.
