Youll take those insights and build best-in-class scalable programs that are innovative and multifaceted in their delivery approach. **Key Job Responsibilities:**+ Evaluate the existing management sales on-boarding program and take it to the next level while ensuring our new managers lead with our culture and values in mind.+ Implement, deliver and provide our leadershipmethodology and deliverables to the sales organization+ Team management and coaching in a positive and collaborative manner+ Work closely with sales leadership to develop the overall enablement strategy+ Collaborate and execute on deliverables with key cross-functional departments+ Ensure our global leadership enablement programs supports the GBUs core initiatives+ Act as coach and mentor to for our sales productivity and sales organization+ Participate in the broader development programs for the global NetSuite sales organization**Qualifications/Skills:**+ **5-8 years in high tech company**+ **3-5 years working for an enterprise software company**+ **2-5 years experience in an enablement role mentoring others**+ **2 years in a team lead / sales management role**+ **Thrive on the success of others and continuously look for ways to improve the skills of our sales community**+ **Excellent presentation and communications skills; ability to assimilate complex management concepts and clearly articulate business value**+ **Ability to work and communicate well with various stakeholders from cross departmental teams and leadership**+ **The ability to partner well with teams and drive projects forward is essential to the success of this role**+ **Ability to provide feedback, coach, lead and evolve the success of a program with vertical sales leaders**+ **Previous experience and the ability to supervise a group or lead a program/project****Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Manages the development, establishment and direction of regional, role based, or line of business sales training strategies and policies to enable optimal productivity of the sales organization. Responsible for managing the design, development and deployment of product, process and skills enablement programs that drive elite sales performance within Oracle's global sales organization.Determines and evaluates sales training needs for the organization. Develops and directs the build of sales training curriculum and programs. Organizes and manages sales training sessions. Facilitates formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate. May work with other Oracle team to incorporate corporate or regional strategy into training curriculum. Provides guidance within the sales organization and shares best practices. Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training. May oversee a staff of sales trainers and/or Sales Performance Designers and others. Keeps informed of new training methods and techniques.Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
