"**Senior Manager, North America Compensation****Preferred Qualifications**North America Compensation is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of incentive commission plans and bonus programs for members of Oracles Sales and Delivery organizations (Cloud/SaaS, On-Premise License, Hardware, Support Services, Education, and Consulting). We serve as the first point of contact for questions pertaining to policy, process, and commission statements (transaction details, calculations, reconciliation).The successful candidate is an experienced process manager with strong technical aptitude, an innovative and resourceful problem solver, and a service minded leader with a proven track record of leading in complex fast paced environments.This role will help build a new high functioning team in our Austin, TX office location.**Management Responsibilities**+ Ensure commission/bonus related payment calculations are in accordance to policy+ Ensure data audits and payment review/approvals are completed within stated deadlines+ Interpret, evaluate, and implement Go to Market changes+ Identify, assess impact, and recommend policy/process/system modifications where necessary+ Partner with key stakeholder groups (Finance, Sales Operations, Incentive Planning) to drive change/improvement+ Design, monitor, and execute business KPIs (productivity, workload distribution, service levels)+ Structure and set goals for staff that align to company/organizational initiatives+ Coach, motivate, mentor staff regarding performance, development/growth, career planning+ Foster working culture centered on collaboration, innovation, results, and customer focus**Preferred Qualifications**+ BA/BS degree+ 5 years management Finance/Operations+ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail+ Demonstrated leadership and project management skills+ Excellent communicator (verbal, written, presentation delivery, employee coaching)+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously+ Advanced MS Excel and proficiency in MS PowerPoint+ Prior experience in Sales Compensation is a plus+ Knowledge of Oracle applications is a plus**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Design, deliver, and support global sales model with focus on productivity improvement of planning process and application.Design Global Sales Model for presentation to Executive Management. Partner with lines of business in the design of compensation models in the support of strategic business initiatives. Develop incentive programs in support of Oracle's sales goals and strategies. Facilitate the improvement of plan issuance including technology improvements. Establish on-target-earnings matrices and guidelines for variable administration.Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to manage processes, and identify cross-functional issues.
