What you’ll be doing...

As part of the Consumer Information Technology team, you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will use your expertise to solve complex problems and find unique solutions. The work you’ll do every single day will make people’s lives, work and play better.

• Participating in coding activities.
• Providing the progress of development to development manager.
• Supporting enterprise releases, maintenance releases.
• Participating in architecture enhancements.
• Demonstrating application functionality to external team members, business owners and explain the existing functionality.
• Working with the development team and other production support team members to ensure the applications are working as expected.
• Working with the architects to come up with new ideas to improve overall application functionality and performance.
• Documenting processes and requirements in detail to support other development efforts by other team members.
• Taking new challenges and learn new technologies quickly as and when needed.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Experience in designing User Interface UI applications and professional web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT, React JS, Java, J2EE.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in programming with React JS, iOS and Android.
• Experience in software development team using the agile process.
• Ability to ensure code meets user stories.
• Knowledge of current industry standards for web and mobile design.
• Knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards and procedures.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of decision-making and leadership aptitude.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
