Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Lead Full-stack Developer, you will lead a team of developers and applies SAFe framework to include HIP sprints for development, modernization, and enhancement efforts. You will use SecDevOps Agile sprints, capturing and incorporating user requirements. You will capture and integrate user feedback in next Agile sprint scenario while also integrating BI tools into the ASSIST UI for a seamless UX, to include adding application monitoring capabilities into data visualization and reporting solution technology stack and APIs for secure data sharing. You will develop software applications and services in compliance with Accessibility Standards following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WACG) and ensures Journeyman developers code to same. You will create and maintain technical documentation and collaborates with ISSOs to ensure timely updates to security documentation.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ years of experience leading Agile development best practices for software enhancements, integrations, and interoperability
• 8+ years of SecDevOps experience on Agile-based Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DM&E) projects that applied integrated, innovative technologies
• 8+ years of experience as software developer on complex procurement and acquisition systems
• 8+ years of experience automating functional gaps, improving consistency, and supporting evolving business needs and agility

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 suitability
• Working knowledge of NIST 800, EOs, and Zero-Trust cybersecurity policies
• Experience leveraging cloud-native solutions and business process automation

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
