Key Capabilities:

Leidos has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Help Desk Technician to work independently with minimal supervision leading the help desk team for the Infrastructure and Deactivation & Remediation contractors at the Paducah site as well as the DOE site office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to individuals regarding IT issues when possible and escalate the issue if not

  • Troubleshoot customer-reported issues

  • Image, move, and install PCs

  • Manage print queues and provide support for printers and copiers

  • Active directory management of users and security groups

Basic Qualifications

Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated success improving, optimizing, standardizing, and streamlining customer support processes

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10 and 7 operating systems, and Windows server operating systems,

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

** MUST have the ability to obtain a DOE Q Security clearance.

** MUST be able to work on site in Kevil, KY

  • Demonstrated experience and proven success working in a multi-tiered team environment.
