The Associate Director, Global Flex Work Strategy:

  • Measure the goals and objectives of the Flexible Ways of Working Policy at BMS. Share insights with leaders at BMS including the Leadership Team and CEO. Continue to evolve measurement and reporting strategy, in partnership with BIA, to drive policy objectives.

  • Generate policy insights and create clear impactful presentations for Senior Leaders leveraging the internal measurement strategy, external research and from internal partnerships across HR and BIA. Advise leaders on recommendations to achieve policy objectives and improving overall experience and engagement.

  • Develop and successfully execute change management strategy and plans for the Flexible Ways of Working Policy. Partner with Corporate Affairs on developing an overall communication strategy. Identify key messages, audiences and appropriate message tone. As ambassador of the policy use storytelling at various forums to share insights and promote policy.

  • As the Flexible Ways of Working expert this individual will be responsible for the management of Flexible ways of Working policy, development and maintenance of all sources of information regarding the Policy, field policy questions, evolve design requirements for dashboards and reports, review and approve policy related communications, and work with enabling functions (Legal, IT, People Services, Facilities) to implement changes that will improve policy adherence through evolving reporting, content and/or employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A university degree in relevant discipline is required, and a graduate degree is preferred.

  • Strong project management skills to drive projects to completion, including the ability to lead complex projects, establish and manage workplans, oversee and delegate to team members, and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills. Excellent at analyzing multiple sources of data and converting data into insightful leadership presentations and stories.

  • Strong organizational and research skills and an understanding of how to gather, analyze, and synthesize diverse information from data, written documents and interviews

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholder groups and identities

  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, written and oral communication skills

  • Proven ability to work inclusively with diverse teams, audiences, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals, including excellent teamwork, relationship building, customer service, and strong facilitation skills

  • 10+ years of HR Experience with at least 5 years of talent COE expertise

  • Broad experience in developing and implementing change management plans

  • Demonstrated success in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making.

  • 5+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics to drive business and talent decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience leading global initiatives across multiple functions.
