We have an exciting opportunity to join our Company's Employee Experience team, advancing our vision of a unified employee portal that connects our communications, business functions, knowledge base, and service catalogs in one amazing experience.

The Employee Experience team designs and builds digital solutions, focused on portals, search, and automation. The successful candidate will drive on our internal portal, leveraging ServiceNow Employee Center Pro, and other engagement tools that improve our ways of working and impact the day-to-day lives of all employees.

As a member of the Employee Experience team, you will leverage SAFe Agile practices and methods while embedding agile values and mindsets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement a variety of capabilities in our Enterprise Portal using ServiceNow and other tools with a focus on streamlining the day-to-day employee experience.

  • Support communicators and content creators with publishing, helping them make the best use of tools and channels for employees to find the information they need.

  • Develop technical project plans and new features and integrations, based on business requirements and goals/outcomes.

  • Develop and manages a wide range of projects from daily assignments to large initiatives.

  • Manage customer expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with other technology, product & business areas to ensure workflow solutions are implemented uniformly across platforms.

  • Identify pain points and work across teams to coordinate creative solutions.

  • Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures to drive iteration.

  • Build belonging within the team by helping others and encouraging immediate teammates to work collaboratively.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of overall IT experience

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years in Employee Experience.

  • Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow/Employee Center Pro (or similar portal technologies).

  • Knowledge and experience with content publishing, knowledge management, and templates.

  • Knowledge and experience (preferred) with M365, WordPress VIP.

  • Experience with SAFe Agile framework, Jira, or similar.

  • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across multiple business units.

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, both written and oral, are required to synthesize key issues, and communicate/persuade constituencies towards specific actions and initiatives.
