Work you'll do:


As an HRIT Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience to support the identification, tracking and management of HRIT activities and communication that support Deloitte's Enterprise Services HRIT team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Degree in Technology related field or relevant years of experience
Federal Human Resources experience
Ad Hoc Reporting
HRIS and HR Analytics
Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must live near, or relocate to, the Mechanicsburg, PA area.
Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously and interact with clients (executives, senior managers, and program managers) to discuss HR operations data to help identify, document, track, monitor, and support resolution of various customer issues, problems, escalations, risks, mitigations, etc.

Ability and flexibility to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to update, store and maintain documents with appropriate version control standards on the Enterprise Services Portal, SharePoint, MS Teams worksite, etc.
