Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic business cases and ensuring flawless execution of digital projects for the Global Clinical Supply Chain organization to transform the organization into a future-facing, highly efficient and effective organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the brainstorming of solutions that address key business challenges.
  • Provide support to the development of strategic business cases driving success for key digital programs.
  • Partner with Global Clinical Supply Chain organization to provide digitization execution.
  • Support the implementation of digital roadmaps for Global Clinical Supply Chain, ensuring effective execution of key programs, projects and initiatives, providing support in the form of facilitation, project and change management and deployment of data strategies.
  • Work closely with different Global Clinical Supply Chain functions, Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) and non-GPS functions, IT, Business Information & Analytics to ensure activities are fully aligned with the needs of the business.
  • Supports the deployment of successful digital or data initiatives on-time, on-budget and ensure value-drivers are delivered and sustained by leading business process impact assessment, end-user training, coordination of system testing and upgrades (if applicable);
  • Maintain/develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaborations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to automate and simplify repetitive tasks.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, data science or information systems or equivalent.
  • Over 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, digital / data technologies in the biopharma industry
  • Project Management Certification/ PMP highly desirable
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred
