Do you like to work in the blurry space between Marketing and Technology? As the Digital Technology Marketing Manager, you are experienced with managing marketing technology and driving process improvements and change management. You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator, accountable for process, guiding the creation of new processes to enable our Marketing team to be more effective and self-sufficient.

This position is a hybrid role based in the Minnetonka, MN office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understands marketing systems and platforms and is comfortable being in the position of being a subject matter expert
  • Supports deployment of new technologies by creating documentation, conducting training, and troubleshooting as necessary. Projects may include launching new technologies, optimizing existing processes, supporting new features, business process reviews, etc.
  • Support the creation of the overall Marketing Technology Roadmap. Deliver on the roadmap from concept through enablement to ensure high adoption and high success. This includes handling project timelines, communication, expectations, etc.
  • Assist the with technology implementation and integration by creating business requirements and expected outcomes
  • Manage relationships with technology users
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of the current and future technology that can be leveraged by the marketing team
  • Manage access to tools and licenses for marketing technology
  • Take ownership of processes, including product support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in a digital or marketing role, focused on marketing technology and operations
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management and project management skills
  • Experience with system integrations and marketing technology, with a proven track record in on-boarding new technology, including creation of training and process change documentation
  • Experience with technology solution change management, navigating technical constraints, and establishing frameworks to prioritize features and measure success
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of technical proficiency with Digital Asset Management systems and Workflow Tools (Adobe Assets and Adobe Workfront preferred)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in digital product development
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target
  • An understanding of meta data, taxonomy, tagging and related search engine optimization
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize amongst numerous projects and tasks
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders, facilitate discussion, navigate ambiguity, and guide cross-functional alignment within a large organization.
