Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment._* * This position is contingent upon contract award* * _**Job Summary:**This full-time position reports directly to the Installation Management Manager (IMM) and providesall IT management services oversight for all CE IT services performed by the IT Management Team.Job performance requires access to USAF computer systems (stand alone and/or networked) and is limited to official use only encompassing Local Area Network (LAN) both Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), printers network, e-mail, Internet, Wi-Fi connections, and Contractor/Government networks and servers.**Responsibilities:**Essential functions of the position include:+ Provides leadership and oversight for civil engineeringIT Management Team that provides information management services for government and contractor data storage, software applications and networks.IT Management Team that provides information management services for government and contractor data storage, software applications and networks.+ Serves as CE's Cybersecurity Liaison IAW AFIs 17-100/33-115 and 17-130/33-200.Ensures compliance with USAF directives and regulations governing physical and operational cybersecurity.+ Maintains existing and/or establishes new NIPRNet accounts IAW AFMAN 17-1301 to support NIPR requirements for CE government and contractor entities through DD Form 2875, AF Form 4394, and other appropriate documentation.+ Maintains existing and/or establishes new SIPRNet accounts IAW AFMAN 17-1301 with appropriate security clearances to support SIPRNet requirements for CE government and contractor entities through DD Form 2875 and DD Form 2842.+ Ensures the IT Management Team installs all required software on desktop/laptop computers; tracks what software is on each desktop/laptop to maintain accountability annually; and provides system and software administration (e.g., troubleshooting).+ Ensures the setup and maintenance of user permissions directory, organization accounts (e.g., email accounts), and user groups.+ Provides information, guidance, and training on emerging cyber security and IT changes, risks and actions directed by AF or DOD systems.+ Provides IT support for Civil Engineer Control Systems (CECS) servers.These CECS servers require daily, monthly, and annual evaluations.+ Provides functional management/administration services for all CE organizational drives and organizational mailboxes. Establishes drives to organize CE (approximately 9 drives divided by branches, ERM, and restrictive area) totaling 6 TB. Maintains CE drives to reduce hard drive space by 25%. Maintains approximately 60 organizational mailboxes with annual cleanup to reduce or establish new mailboxes if necessary.+ Ensures the IT Management Team provides all hardware, software, operating system, and application support for all CE functions IAW AFI 17100.+ The IT Manager shall create, provide, maintain, and respond with a helpdesk/SharePoint trouble ticket system. This ticket system assists with troubleshooting user problems (government and contractor employees) through resolution and provides monthly reporting of the number, type of services/assistance rendered, response type, and the response timing for each trouble call.+ Oversees the maintenance of existing CE MS SharePoint sites such as the CE Division SharePoint in addition to creating and maintaining new CE SharePoint sites to streamline CE processes IAW AFI 33-115/17-100.**Skills:**+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.+ Strong technical skills.+ The ability to work well under pressure.+ Teamworking skills.+ Organization and time management skills.+ Interpersonal and communication skills.+ Skilled using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook) with the ability to prepare and provide presentations to large groups and base leadership.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ The IT Managermust have a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), and/or related field, with emphasis on IT cybersecurity requirements for Department of Defense.+ The IT Manager shall have a minimum of 7 years experience in Department of Defense IT principles, concepts, and methods (i.e., data storage, software applications, networking) (Air Force experience is preferred).+ Possess the minimum certifications required by DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program and DoDIs 8500.01, Cybersecurity.+ Possess Level 1 and Level 2 IAMs, also have and maintain the appropriate IA certification IAW DoDIs 8570.01-M/8500.01.+ Must have certification in A CompTia; for higher level requires certificate in Security .+ Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
