Overview of Enterprise Technology Workforce (ETW)

Enterprise Technology Workforce is part of the Technology Strategy, Partnerships and Commercialization (TSPC) group within Businesses, Global and Strategic Services (BGS) for the US Firm. The ambition of ETW is to acquire, develop & retain the desired technology skills to lead the market with transformative offerings, quality, capabilities, & experiences; and to do so while delivering a talent experience desired by technologists while advancing diversity, equity & inclusion for technology competencies.

The Team

The team reports to the Technology Strategy, Partnerships and Commercialization (TSPC) leader, Dave Couture. TSPC is part of the US Firm Businesses, Global & Strategic Services Organization led by US Firm Deputy CEO- Jason Girzadas.

What you'll do

The Manager will help catalog and organize technology development programs into a 'hub' where technologists across the Firm can go to identify opportunities for certifications, independent study across all technologies and adjacencies and more. This effort will also serve to clarify expectations for technology development, broaden visibility and access across businesses, and identify gaps for future enhancements. Once in place, the 'hub' will expand to offer access to tools and other resources for technologists and serve as a community and culture building component of the technologist experience.

In parallel to building the 'hub', the Manager will have the opportunity to help shape the approach, content and interactive events for Tech Savvy and Tech Fluency. Additionally, the Manager will be connected to related efforts across the US Firm businesses for awareness and connection to ETW priorities.

This work is closely aligned with Technology Workforce priorities, Tech Savvy and Trustworthy & Ethical Technology as well as other groups within Technology Strategy, Partnerships and Commercialization (TSPC). Where appropriate, the Manager will be connected with and engage in these efforts as needed.
