What You'll Be Doing:

The Advisory Technology office is looking for a Manager drive overall Advisory Technology initiatives to support Advisory's strategic priorities and long term plan goals. Specific activities include:

  • Help drive Advisory's Technology transformation, working with the Office of the CTO
  • Lead a team to coordinate technology initiatives across the Advisory business, working with Advisory leaders and key stakeholders in the business
  • Work with business users and supervise requirements and development processes of Advisory assets and platforms
  • Develop and manage reporting on tech initiatives, provide key business insights to leadership
  • Help industrialize, standardize and run processes around technology governance
  • Lead and support other high priority strategic Advisory initiatives where Technology is an enabler (e.g. Advancing Advisory/Future of Work - standardization, digitization, monetization, etc)
  • Executive Updates & Reporting - assist with the development of Executive Committee reporting

  • Strong track record working in fast-paced, high-volume roles that require adapting quickly to evolving priorities
  • Self-starter and quick learner (candidates must be self-motivated and able to operate independently and produce high-quality work in a virtual environment)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Preferable experience with knowledge of delivering systems
  • Strong executive level presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organization skills, ability to manage/ execute multiple strategic initiatives
  • Program leadership and management experience, ability to scope, plan and develop approaches to achieve an overall objective
  • Self-starter and ability to work remotely with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Collaborative nature and ability to build strong relationships virtually
