This role will be responsible for developing and managing alliance solutions with go-to-market strategies that are inclusive and across all of Oracles cloud infrastructure offerings. These include cloud services, Global Business Unit solutions, business processes, and enterprise infrastructure. While the job includes components of traditional PMO responsibilities, most of the work is a direct focus on business building and creating concrete, tangible and incremental value for Oracle through our partnership with Deloitte and communicating this value to key stakeholders for engagement and execution.*This role will be accountable for:** Global development, execution, measurement, and management of joint solutions across Deloittes applications and cloud strategies.* Tracking and measurement of the health of these joint solutions through governance/cadence, metrics, and dashboards.* Develop, launch and measure joint selling tools, marketing assets, sales plays, account plans, and on-going interaction with key stakeholders.* Work closely and influence Oracle leaders in product development, sales, marketing, alliances, business development, and other business stakeholders.* Report and present on business planning and business reviews, supporting leadership meetings, promoting business development including review of new investments, working on strategic operational initiatives, account alignment/follow-through, etc.* Create asset and define GTM motionso+ Identify the messages and value propositions to be used for demand generation+ Align the assets to the global and regional sales plays+ Leverage partner-relevant experience to ensure customer success while implementing Oracle cloud solution* Set unified governance for managing and measuring customer success associated with key joint solutions, and identified Oracle Go-to-Market initiativeso Steering committee participationo Define metricso Create and manage cadenceo Align with Oracle LOB (Sales, Development, GBU, and Marketing) on identified partner strategieso Execute and report in alignment with Field Sales, Alliances & Channels, Global Business Units, Development and Marketing*PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*The Director will have experience in consulting services roles preferably in software/cloud services and delivery. Ideally, s/he will be a creator, builder, analyzer, optimizer someone who instinctively analyzes strategy and GTM motions to determine how to make them better.*More specifically, s/he will have the experience described below:** Manages strategic opportunities for Oracle to innovate, transform and differentiate in the market, across verticals and horizontal plays.* Understands the customer landscape: drives vision stays on top of industry advancements in verticals such as Retail/Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, FinServ, Health, and others, and can articulate end-to-end data strategy.* Technical acumen with experience driving emerging/disruptive technologies such as virtualization, Software as a Service delivery models, and deep understanding of the Oracle cloud applications and infrastructure business.* 10 years of Business Development, Enterprise Sales, and/or Consulting, with experience around developing joint initiatives and driving sustainable growth.* 10 years of experience with Oracles Tech portfolio such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or other Cloud Infrastructure Go-to-Market vendors such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Infrastructure, is highly desirable. Some experience with Oracle Apps would also be an advantage but is not mandatory.*PREFERRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS** Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
