We are seeking a Technology Implementation Specialist to join our rapidly expanding ConvergeHEALTH Expert Services team to support our life sciences clients in building new technology RWE capabilities, leveraging next generation digital platforms and new approaches to generating and using RWE.

As a Technology Delivery, you will be aligned to our ConvergeHEALTH team. You will work across implementations of our ConvergeHEALTH TM products including Miner TM Evidence platform which is a marketing leading cloud-based data analytics and collaboration platform that enables the scaling of RWE use cases across their organizations. You will build expertise on the technical workings for ConvergeHEALTH TM products enabling client-facing project teams to successfully implement client-specific customizations and integrations.

Internally at Deloitte, you will work closely with our product teams to influence our ConvergeHEALTH product roadmaps, helping identify unmet needs, external market shifts and new innovative use cases that will continue to expand the capabilities of the platform.

Work You'll Do:

  • Lead Groundbreaking Innovation - leading technology implementations serving on the vanguard of innovation, delivering real world evidence related analyses and solutions for major pharmaceutical and biotech companies redefining the evidence generation paradigm
  • Delivery Support - Advise client and Deloitte resources (Product Owners, Designers, Developers, Architects) in the implementation of ConvergeHEALTH TM products leveraging industry best practices and product knowledge including understanding of product APIs, architecture, workflows, and deployment methods. Identify and fill process and documentation gaps to allow Deloitte delivery teams to more efficiently implement ConvergeHEALTH TM
  • Client Facilitation - Work with clients to provide product demos and help identify and design high value digital health applications supporting key patient services and healthcare use cases including defining personas, user journeys, and features
  • Product Innovation Support - Work with the ConvergeHEALTH engineering teams to inform the product roadmap based on market needs, emerging trends and customer feedback

The Team

As part of the ConvergeHEALTH team, you will work with clients, the ConvergeHEALTH product team, and the consulting team. Through your client-facing efforts, you will work directly with the clients and implementation team deploy and advance our products in addition to helping define project and product roadmaps and provide your product and industry insights.

Qualifications:
  • A BA/BS degree from a top institution in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years' experience developing cloud-based enterprise web applications or system integration with focus on API development, backend services or system integration
  • Experience engineering and developing micro-services and APIs using Java/Spring Framework or NodeJS
  • Experience with AWS cloud-native technologies with focus on AWS IAM, SNS/SQS, RDS, EC2, Lambdas, Athena, Redshift
  • 4-6 years' experience as a technical lead delivering implementations using agile methodology and full suite of software lifecycle tools (Jira, Git/Stash, Jenkins, Artifactory)
  • Hands-on experience developing and presenting solution recommendations and best practices at an enterprise level to executive-level leadership
  • The ability to develop and foster strong working relationships with internal and external clients in a virtual setting
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong self and audience awareness when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • A willingness to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating with globally located teams
  • AWS certified Cloud Practitioner, Developer, Solutions Architect
  • SAFe, PMP, PMI, or Agile certifications
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Experience creating demo narratives and presenting demos for large-scale audiences
  • Experience designing adoption metrics
  • Hands-on experience defining personas, user journeys, and product features
  • A master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, health informatics, information systems, or a related field
