About The Position

Golf Pride’s marketing internship is a chance to spend a summer tackling business challenges alongside experienced marketers in our Global Innovation Center in Pinehurst, NC. We rely on interns for fresh perspective, and in turn we let them showcase their ability to provide a meaningful, comprehensive business recommendation. As interns’ fact-find and problem-solve to reach a recommendation, they enjoy great autonomy as well as full support, guidance, and feedback from their marketing leader and cross-functional partners. Interns have the chance to learn the business, build a network, and potentially earn a full-time opportunity upon graduation.

As a Marketing Intern you will be given responsibility to create high impact marketing recommendations that enable Golf Pride to achieve short and long-term strategic consumer growth objectives. In addition to core project work, you will have opportunity to demonstrate leadership capability, creative thinking, analytical thinking, consumer mindset and business acumen. The internship also provides exposure to our best-in-class commercial leaders by means of professional development initiatives and mentorship.

Summer Assignments May Include:

• Developing strategy for our brand, including framing and commercializing growth ideas to meet long-term growth goals (Sales, Product Distribution, Consumer Penetration)

• Leveraging consumer insights to understand unmet needs to solve for and to be the voice in a go-to-market strategy

• Using available consumer data to understand category and competitive dynamics to guide recommendations for future product strategy

• Review creative & digital measurements to recommend solutions to reach more or create a deeper relationship with golfers

Summer Experience:

• Currently pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of work experience

• Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

• Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Pinehurst, NC.

• Experience in Marketing Is preferred


The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2025 internship are $23 – $25/hour.

• Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions

• Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable
