Eaton’s Electrical Engineering & Services division is currently seeking a Finance Operations Lead in Moon Township. Relocation assistance is available.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91,500 - $134,200 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Our support services help businesses make the most of their existing electrical equipment by optimizing performance and extending the life of existing facilities.

Eaton has an opening for a Finance Operations Lead in the Engineering Services and Systems Business, located in Moon Township, PA. In this role, you will work collaboratively with finance, accounting, and business operations primarily throughout North America. You will oversee and execute the processes necessary to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of the division and its business units which totals $440M of annual revenue.


• Support the Finance Operations Manager, business unit management and division controller in all financial and operational aspects of the business.

• Direct a staff of three analysts.

• Coordinate financial reporting and accounting within the business units and division.

• Coordinate plans, objectives and commitments within finance and business units / functions.

• Manage key monthly financial processes to including forecasting and regional reporting

• Prepare meaningful variance analysis commentary for management and publish accurate and timely financial reporting packages.

• Coordinate, interpret and respond to ad hoc financial requests within division.

• Organize and deliver appropriate management reports to division management.

• Promote good financial stewardship by helping control costs, driving forecast accuracy, and ensuring proper controls are in place.

• Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition for in compliance with US GAAP.


Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution

• 3+ years’ experience in an Accounting/Finance role

• At least 1 year of Financial planning, forecasting and reporting experience

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience with Oracle or Encore
  • Managerial experience

• High-level of enthusiasm with “can-do” attitude

• Strong collaboration skills (virtual and in person)
