"Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a Senior Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. The team is responsible for developing content to enable DRCC sales, evangelizing DRCCs to the sales organization, managing the DRCC pipeline, deal management, product management, driving the evolution of the DRCC as a product line and coordinating the activities of other OCI/Oracle teams involved in the DRCC.As the DRCC Product Management Lead, you will:* Oversee the end-to-end DRCC life cycle from developing the business pipeline, to closing deals, and to product delivery. This includes managing a team of experienced Project/ Product Managers and Solution Architects in the following functions.o+ Deal Management+ Product Management+ Technical Program Management+ Business Management/Reporting functions* Drive DRCC product roadmap innovation by gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing inputs from our field team, customers, prospects, partners, and analysts* Define, communicate, and drive DRCC product specifications, engineering gaps, and overall strategy* Create compelling product messaging and content that clearly communicates DRCC product value proposition to both internal sales teams and external customers* Partner with sales and marketing to deliver high-quality DRCC product collateral, and influence pricing, packaging, and positioning*Required Qualifications:** Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.* Technical understanding of enterprise level cloud technologies or a background that enables you to understand cloud infrastructure.* Current global awareness of data sovereignty concerns, global privacy, regulatory frameworks, and laws such as GDPR, and the U.S. Cloud Act.* Cloud Security, Risk, and Compliance awareness as it relates to our government customer regulatory requirements (e.g. FedRAMP).* Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal, presentations.
