The Vice President, Process & Digital Excellence leads innovation & continuous improvement of Global Supply Chain processes to achieve digital native maturity. This leader will report to the head of Global Supply Chain & drive strategic initiatives with counterparts within & outside of Global Supply Chain that increase positive impact for patients with serious illnesses by transforming BMS's E2E SC management & execution capabilities.

• Sets standards that reflect BMS's commitment to integrity & accountability & ensures adherence to best practices/standards through collaboration with process owners & executors

• Prioritizes, leads, & champions cross-functional strategic initiatives independently or in equal partnership with Global Supply Chain leadership team on core processes

• Shapes Global Supply Chain governance to operate a credible & agile op model & integrate capabilities across teams

• Drives revolutionary digital strategy for Global Supply Chain in collaboration with process owners & technical teams, building best-in-class digital & information capabilities that can be adopted by the organization

• Oversees execution of all system / digital initiatives across Global Supply Chain teams

• Owns the development, application, & adoption of digital tools, & ensures digital literacy & sharing of best practices

• Drives execution of E2E SC master data strategy & maintains overall data quality (i.e., data accuracy)

• Drives standard work & simplification in E2E SC through value-adding Centers of Excellence

• Ensures process & digital strategies are aligned with direction from Global Product Development & Supply strategy

• 10+ years in biopharma developing/managing digital transformation & driving adoption of digital tools

• 10+ years SC management experience with 5+ years in a global leadership role & as a people manager; proven track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive tangible results; experience with technical operations
  within biopharma

• Operational excellence background & mindset; process orientation & familiarity with all core processes defined as in scope; diverse experience from strategic planning, analysis, product launch, SC, mfg. in the biopharma industry

• Balanced experience in commercial & operations / mfg. desired, with ex-US experience

• Demonstrated leadership & international people management capabilities in driving change in complex, matrixed environments; can drive appropriate dialogue at the senior level to escalate & resolve issues; executive presence

• Exceptional talent builder & team leader – actively sought out by others as a coach & mentor
