BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.*Job Description:*The enablement product manager is responsible for driving customer project deployment success via enabling partner and internal sales, pre-sales and field, focusing on key PCF/PCRF/5g/Signalling technologies * Develop and train our internal Sales and Pre-Sales force on our value proposition and functional architecture** 5 years experience in a carrier level PCRF/PCC rules environment* Enable our partners to develop highly-skilled, accredited partner individuals to deploy Policy solutions by region, sub-region* Deliver deep-dive product and solutions training, including hands-on lab training using existing courseware and custom lessons* Build, review and edit tests to qualify partners to have sufficient competency* Expand the pool of third party partners that can train other partners by training and qualifying external trainers via a Train-the-trainer process* Drive best practices, whats working, whats not in the partner technical community for successful deployments* Build/nurture a defined Community of BSS and Policy Implementation Consultants* Work with the Customer Success Team to identify whats working, whats not* Work with Partners to assist them in the installation, customization and deployment of demo lab environments for partners use in demos and education* Readily learn and master Transfer of Information related to new product releases/updates* Work with the product organization to build content around best practices, sizing and performance tuning to enable successful project deployments*Qualifications** Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentations skills* Knowledge & Experience of subscriber database technologies: HLR, HSS, SPR, ENUM, AAA, SDS, MySQL, Oracle, LDAP, DB query/scripting* Knowledge/experience 3G & 4G Technologies: Diameter (RFC 3588) protocol/applications/interfaces, LTE/EPC/IMS architectures* Knowledge & experience with hardware platforms and Operating Systems: Linux/Unix administrative tools, HP Rack-mount & Blade Server platforms, and open system platforms.* Knowledge & experience of data communications concepts of network architecture, TCP/IP Protocol suite, Routing, SNMP, and NTP* Knowledge & experience with the following LAN technologies: Ethernet (10/100/1000/10G), VLANs, Spanning-Tree, and switching knowledge* Preferred knowledge & experience with network management, OSS systems, Cellular & Cable technologies (PCMM, DOCSIS), IP Telephony signaling* Preferred knowledge & experience with SCTP, IPv4, IPv6* Ability to effectively deal with multiple activities and proven problem solving skills.* Strong oral and written communications skills.* Hands-on experience deploying/demoing 3G/4G/5G Core/IMS Network Functions* Expert-level knowledge and understanding of Network Function Virtualization and CNCF Cloud Native architecture.* Expert-level knowledge and understanding of relevant IMS/EPC/PCC/LTE/5G core... 3GPP & GSMA standards requirements.Fully functional operational knowledge of OCI (Oracle certs a plus)* **Education and Training** BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience* 5 years experience in implementation of large scale service provider network infrastructures* Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry with specialization in IMS/LTE/EPC/3GPP architectures and standards* CCNA, CCNP or equivalent IP networking certification preferred**Job:** **Product Development***Organization:** **Oracle***Title:** *Product Manager/Strategy 4-ProdDev***Location:** *MX-Mexico***Requisition ID:** *21000FLH***Other Locations:** *United States*"
