"Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. The Partner Manager will have four primary points of focus:* Increase ISV Partner Commitment for Oracle CX Clouds* Increase Oracle CX clouds competitive advantage with ISVs* Drive both innovation and customer value through the development of partnerships* Retain ISV PartnershipsThe Partner Manager will work to increase each ISV's business with Oracle CX clouds through efforts including placement of all appropriate documentation, coordinating co-marketing activities, coordinating technical resources between Oracle CX product management and the partner, and gaining additional ISV commitment through enhanced partnership agreements. The Partner Manager also works to increase Oracle CX clouds technical competitive advantage with each ISV by encouraging each partner to develop adjacent and integrated technologies. The Partner Manager's performance is ultimately measured by their ability to increase each ISV partners value-added activity within in the partner ecosystem. Ultimately each Partner Manager would be aligned by individual domains (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) to ensure strong domain understanding.Core Responsibilities:* Develop close, credible relationships with assigned ISV partners* Recruit new target ISV partners* Evangelize ISV partner solutions to Oracle field and Oracle prospects and customers* Ensure retention of ISV partnerships by combating competitive threats* Drive ISV adoption of Oracle CX technology solutions* Maximize ISV commitment to Oracle, reflected by executed partnership agreements* Ensure developers' compliance with Oracle standards* Implement investments to drive developer commitment* Consult with ISV partners to understand current and future technology, product, and service needs, and proactively communicate that information to the Oracle Product Management Team* Work closely with Oracle Partner Network, and the Oracle Cloud Marketplace teams to understand dynamics of each ISV's reseller or direct sales channels, and use that information to drive enhancements to the partnership with the ISVQualifications:* Experience Cloud, CRM and SaaS technologies highly preferred* Understanding of the Sales Automation and Customer Service Automation domain and ecosystem highly preferred* Strategic relationship management and partnership agreement negotiation experience required* Experience in Business Development or a related role* Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent, Business Administration or Computer Science preferred; or an equivalent amount of education and experience* High degree of self-motivation and ability to organize activities without strict direction from management* Demonstrated ability to aggressively pursue new business development opportunities* History of successful negotiation of long-term partnership agreements* Excellent and articulate verbal and written communication skills**Job:** **Product Development***Organization:** **Oracle***Title:** *Product Manager/Strategy 4-ProdDev***Location:** *United States***Requisition ID:** *21000EU5*"
