"**Product Manager/Strategy 4-ProdDev****Preferred Qualifications**The Oracle Application Labs team designs, implements and supports internal business systems that power Oracle. We partner with organizations across the company to enable teams like Finance, Sales, Support and Partners in achieving their desired business outcomes. We are looking for a talented Product Manager who will effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver a technology roadmap that supports the lifecycle for key business systems.As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. You are focused on long and short term product vision harmonizing internal business partners interests with technology delivery. You will collaborate closely with our business and delivery partners to develop and execute on a roadmap of solutions needed to support key business processes. You will partner with our world-class agile sprint teams to prioritize the backlog and translate requirements into workable user stories.**Responsibilities:**+ Act as the subject-matter expert for solutions owned by the team+ Problem solve across various technology systems & business processes to propose ideas, scope features, and implement solutions+ Create and groom a backlog of well-formed stories for implementation by delivery teams+ Communicate with executive management in an organized and clear way+ Research and respond to internal and external customer questions in a timely manner.+ Design and maintain technical and project documentation+ Direct and oversee project engineering and third party deliverables+ Guide testing, implementation and escalation support for critical systems+ Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and understand their business processes and challenges+ Create process flows and requirements documents+ Run complex projects/programs through the complete project lifecycle+ Own critical business systems and relationships with key stakeholders+ Maintain reports for work in progress and the status of delivering against your roadmap+ Identify and manage dependencies between teams+ Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign and development of new process**Experience/Skills Required:**+ Bachelors or Master's Degree in related fields, or equivalent work experience+ 5 years experience with software implementation and facilitating solutions between business and technical teams+ interfacing with business teams and managing requirements; drilling into technical architecture with development teams+ Experienced in SDLC for building SaaS applications; extensive hands on experience with agile, waterfall and blended approaches+ Familiar with cloud-based systems with the ability to work with a team to design systems and build functionality to get results+ Totally focused on the customer; understand their challenges and relentlessly pursuing opportunities to improve the customer experience**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
