If you are determined, collaborative and creative, eager to learn and evolve, produce, and move fast youll fit well on our team.This role will focus primarily on Sales Performance Management (Incentive Compensation, Quota Management and Territory Management), Sales Planning, Sales Enablement and Sales Intelligence (AI, analytics, dashboards, forecasting).Here is what you can expect from the everyday:* Developing deep domain expertise around a core set of Sales capabilities by building relationships with key internal and external subject matter experts, participating in 3rdparty professional associations, and working directly with customers and partners.* Creating and delivering messaging and content, including thought leadership, competitive intelligence and related topics.* Nurturing relationships with corporate product groups, marketing, press, analysts, and sales to educate them on our product innovations / strategy and help seek out new opportunities for the Sales solutions in your portfolio.* Training internal (sales and sales engineering) and external (partner) ecosystem on product innovation, messaging, positioning and competitive differentiation.* Support field teams in closing strategic deals that feature Sales technologies.* Partnering with product management, customer advocacy, the Center of Excellence and key partners to develop strong customer relationships for the purposes of capturing public-facing stories of customer success.* Planning and participating in speaking events as a subject matter expert internally (e.g., field enablement webinars, quarterly roadmap presentations) and externally (e.g., Cloud Customer Connect, OpenWorld, etc.)* Partnering with our ISV team to build strategic relationships with partners relevant to your portfolio of sales solutions.Requirements for this position include:* 5 years progressively increasing product marketing (outbound facing) responsibility in a cloud enterprise software environment ideally in CX, Finance or Analytics.* Experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or Sales Management is not required but would be a huge plus.* Exceptional presentation skills with confidence to communicate at in-person events as well as via live and recorded video.* Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling content in written materials (blogs, articles) presentations, videos, demos and other high visibility channels.* Prior demonstrated success in working with top level industry analyst firms to influence opinion/coverage.* Ability to articulate product / solution value in terms of customer value and impact on their business, employees, customers and partners.* Ability to build relationships and influence outside of authority while leveraging Oracle expertise and resources.* Highly organized and self-motivated.Education & Experience: MBA/Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Journalism/English degree or hands on experience in these disciplines.**Job:** **Product Development***Organization:** **Oracle***Title:** *Product Strategist Sales Automation***Location:** *United States***Requisition ID:** *21000A34*"
