You should be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative environment, and be excited to learn.The responsibilities would be -+ Think strategically, learn fast and communicate with impact.+ Design product features for cross-product design initiatives in Financials area of ERP SaaS applications.+ Create holistic design solutions that address business and user needs by considering the full journey.+ Define user personas and create user flows, storyboards wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate functional specs to user-experience design or development teams+ Author high quality and comprehensive business requirements and functional design documents+ Uphold product quality to highest standards by writing comprehensive testing strategy that identifies the success or acceptance criteria for the feature.+ Lead design discussions with fellow product management team members from Financials as well across other Oracle Cloud families.+ Strong project management skills for managing complex projects for functional features that impact multiple products in Financials.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product boundaries and time zones+ Work closely with Information Development team to create launch deliverables as well as product documentation.**Qualifications:**+ **Degree level:** BS/MS, MBA+ **Major(s):** Any of these or related: Computer Science/Engineering, Software Systems, Management and Engineering, Information and Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business Management, Business Finance+ **Preferred coursework:** Some combination of these or related: Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Algorithms, Robotics, Econometrics, Game Theory, Business Strategy, Data Analytics and Decision Making+ **Experience:** 5-7 years of demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software development, business applications and/or SaaS applications/commercial software company+ Demonstrated experience in gathering product requirements and transforming them into an actionable product roadmap+ Top notch written and oral communication skills+ Exceptional problem-solving skills+ Passion for design thinking, product management best practices and shaping the future of how enterprises will collaborate+ Knowledge of ERP business processes is a bonus. E.g. procure to pay, order to cash, subscription billing, fixed assets management, project accounting, financial close and reporting, cost and management accounting and financial planning/budgeting**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
